Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. We offer one shipping option, and it's free.

Delivery time

Orders are sent from the partner warehouse nearest to you. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks (10–15 business days) from the day you order, including processing time. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Remote areas, customs checks and peak seasons can add a few extra days.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Available destinations and your total, including any taxes, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Duties & taxes

Taxes are calculated at checkout. For some international destinations, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
